4th Grade Choir 2017-18
Mr. Jack Johnston, a Somerset alum, came to observe Somerset music classes for 3 days. Jack, a student at Concordia College Moorhead, is studying to become a music teacher. Watching Jack interact with Somerset students was a joy. The choir kids asked him many questions: How many choirs do you sing in? "Three," he answered. Where is Concordia Moorhead? How much do you practice every day? Did you always want to be a teacher? Jack cheerfully answered each one. To their amazement, he sang a solo and sang every choir song with them during rehearsal. Mr. Johnston and the Somerset choir kids made great music connections!
